Prevention is better than repair

Regularly checking your hardware and software reduces the risk of technical defects or system failures. With the amc ag maintenance contract you are well protected. For more extensive repairs we will provide you with a loaner device. In addition, amc ag will organize the annual maintenance appointment for you. Please contact us and we will prepare an individual offer for you.

Technical problems require quick and uncomplicated solutions

We have set up a service hotline for your concerns on 041 638 06 60. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at support@amc-ag.ch to describe your wishes or problems. amc ag support is available from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Smaller problems can often be solved directly by phone. For more complex issues, we use remote maintenance via TeamViewer. If you wish, our technicians can also be available on site promptly.

Better safe than sorry

The Medical Devices Ordinance requires annual measurement and safety checks (MTK/STK). amc ag carries out these checks for you. Our service technicians are certified in accordance with Swissmedic and DIN EN 62353.

Support via remote maintenance access

In many cases, our service employees can provide you with support quickly and efficiently via remote maintenance. To do this, you must install the TeamViewer application on the relevant PC. The remote maintenance connection can be established as soon as you give us your individual access data provided by TeamViewer, for example by phone. Please note that an internet connection is required on the relevant PC.
